What You Need for a Successful Remote Online Notarization.
1. A Valid US Driver's License or US Passport.
A saved pdf or jpg MAY not be accepted, please be prepared to upload using a camera phone, if necessary.
2. Access to a fast, and reliable internet connection.
Minimum Internet Speed Requirements for RON- Upload Speed: 5Mbps. Download Speed: 20Mbps.
3. A Computer, Smartphone or tablet with audio and video capabilities.
I strongly encourage using a laptop.
4. Your document in electronic form
If your document is not already in a PDF, please use a scanner or phone app to convert the document.
Simple Step-by-Step Process with no account required.
- Book your preferred time here.
- Submit all documents to notary@scns.life
- Watch for an email invite from ProNotary, click the secure link at your appointment time. (No account needed.)
- Join a few minutes early to run the quick ID check (photo of ID + selfie).
- We’ll meet on video, review the document, and you’ll click to sign where tagged.
- After we finish, payment is processed (unless prepaid), and your notarization is complete
- You’ll receive the completed notarized PDF by email.
Creating a ProNotary Account may be ideal if you require multiple notarizations.
- Click HERE to begin.
- Enter your Information, exactly as it appears on your ID. (Full Legal name, email address, phone number, and create a password)
- ProNotary will send you a confirmation email. Click the link to activate your account.
- Return to the ProNotary Client Portal. https://scns.onlinenotaryapp.com/client/login -> Log in using email and password
- Once logged in, click "Create New Transaction" to start uploading your documents for notarization.
- Documents will then be sent for review and approval. (Instant)
- You may now begin the online session by clicking "Notarize."
